As part of the EC Chickmap project, data from all clones which are known to be physically mapped in the chicken is presented here. Information on each clone includes what is contained in each clone, type of vector/insert DNA, size of insert, how the clone was mapped and to where on the chicken genome the clone is mapped. For each clone, a contact name is also given from whom more information can be obtained.
