ISAG Comparison

The ISAG reference DNA panel and the cattle diversity panel have been typed by Guy Mommens, using the following microsatellite markers.

He has kindly allowed us to reproduce his results so that those who have not typed the cattle diversity reference panel can use the data on the cattle diversity database.
