The database includes information on contact laboratories,
references and marker information. It details sample and method
information and also calculates observed and expected heterozygosities,
PIC (C programming in conjunction with Andy Law) and allele frequencies.
The Cattle Diversity Database

just type in 'guest' to access the database.
We would request that data from the Cattle Diversity
database are not used without the consent of the donating partner.
